During this difficult time, we are all forced to make tough decisions. Out of respect for my staff and our clients, I have decided to implement some social distancing precautions and close our office to foot traffic. I regret any inconvenience this may cause however, all changes can be handled over the phone and most carriers now accept on line or phone payments. Rest assured; we will do whatever we need to do to make sure you experience the same level of service you have come to expect from McPherson & Newland Insurance.
For our business clients; I sympathize that this is an extremely difficult time. I realize and regret that many of you will suffer a loss of business income due to the COVID-19 virus pandemic. Unfortunately, loss of business income coverage, typically, does not apply to forced government closures or viruses. There may be some exceptions to this so, if you would like us to submit a claim for you, we are more than willing to do so. We can let the insurance company make a determination if the policy will provide any relief. In the event you have a claim, they will review based on the relevant facts and its individual merits and provide the insurance coverage afforded by their policy.
